Due to the recent real estate crash, they faced insurmountable odds in selling their uniquely branded apartments. Living Solutions needed a marketing strategy that could spur even the most conservative of spenders into action!

The Solution

The Living Solutions target market comprises of customers with spending power and those interested in high return investments.

  • Part of the Central Park Flower Valley project, ‘flamingo floors’ presented a twofold advantage. First, the name itself was extremely attractive! And secondly, these luxurious apartments were being promoted extensively by Central Park themselves. We ran a campaign on these 2bhk and 3bhk flamingo floors to maximize Living Solutions’ visibility.
  • The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) is responsible for giving the go-ahead to projects and for following up on the final deliverables. Living Solutions projects are RERA certified and we highlighted that separately on their site!
  • In addition to building trust with the RERA certification, we also provided actual photos of model houses and finished apartments to show customers where they would be moving in! Providing the bold pictures of the beautifully furnished final product helped ease customer anxiety about their purchase.

  • New leads generated were 55+ leads
  • The modern website re-design gained 53% more traffic
