The Challenge

In a combined effort by ITC Ltd and Jodhana Heritage to restore heritage sites while offering modern comforts, WelcomHeritage was born! WelcomHeritage offers a unique perspective to its guests – a king/queen’s point of view – and not just room bookings!

Our task was to package their entire range of services; to represent WelcomHeritage as it truly is – a complete royal experience complete with lush green surroundings and the comfort offered by modern technologies.

The Solution

We leveraged Welcom Heritage’s USP which was selling heritage! Taking this in tow we went on to create beautiful, cultural campaigns.

  • Being as it was the summer season and all people wanted was to escape the sweltering heat or the stuffy humidity, our campaign focused on hill station venues as well as Rajasthani forts and palaces to capitalize on the complete seasonal market.
  • Picking momentum on the beautiful views, kingly facilities, and modern comforts we created a good bank of email marketing mailers, so as to keep customers apprised of the latest offers and discounts.
  • We also created a festive campaign around popular folk dances, melas and special occasions like Diwali to sell the WelcomHeritage experience.
  • We marketed interesting historical facts about the sites and created exciting tie-ups to local activities such as trekking, wildlife safaris and tours of the state’s natural splendors. There is beauty all around us, and that is what we promoted!

  • The customers that we reached were more than 1,50,000
  • We also managed to gain engagement of 10,000 customers
