Sobha wanted to leverage online marketing for lead generation and increased online visibility in Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon. The branding objective was to be perceived as real estate experts providing all real estate related solutions under one roof.

  • A thorough audience research was done and their online behaviour was tracked as this helped us to focus on the basic information that the people were looking for online.
  • Having an effective landing page is the key that opens the door to a variety of potential leads, The landing pages were highly optimized by only keeping key product information regarding project details on the page and there was no escape other than filling the form so the chances of the lead bouncing off the page was minimal.
  • We tapped into several channels such as Facebook, Linkedin and Google Adwords for lead generation. Hyper focused targeted campaigns were ran to get the desired results. Keywords with high commercial intent were used to target people who were looking to buy the property, this helped us land various qualified leads
  • For Sobha, we focused not only on lead generation but also building relations with the prospects by sending them emails at every stage of their buying journey, this allowed us to nurture leads in the most effective manner.
