MWC Club is located within Mahindra Group’s pioneering venture Mahindra World City, Chennai. Thoughtfully designed with luxurious amenities, MWC Club spreads over 4 acres and offers recreation and rejuvenation opportunities for the mind, body, and soul.

MWC Club entrusted us with the following objective -

  • Create a social presence of the club, and reflect its thoughts and values in the hospitality sector.
  • Designing a website that not only delivers through information but also sets the business a notch above among the competitors.
  • Generate leads through social media marketing.
  • Adapt the best social media tactics and practices to promote the content and increase the reach.
The Solution

MWC‌ Club wanted a social presence with an objective to emerge as a leading brand in the hospitality industry.

  • To attain this goal we started from scratch by setting up social media handles on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • To increase the reach of the handles we adopted a cross-promotional strategy, that helped us in gaining a lot of traction on Organic Follower buildup.
  • Interactive posts, food promotions aligned with central content strategy helped a lot in gaining a lot of engagement. We ran engagement campaigns on social media to increase the reach of the handles. #DidYouKnow campaigns got a huge positive response and helped in gaining a high amount of new users.
  • Easy to navigate and interactive website design with more graphical orientation rather than textual was created to increase the traffic retention on the website and ultimately convert them into leads.
