The Challenge

Clean India Ventures Private Limited (CIVL) is an endeavour by Mr. Abhishek Gupta that aims to bring a paradigm shift in the way people treat waste. The company is up in arm against the problem of waste disposal. CIVL has designed a Green Waste Reprocessor (GWR) designed to reduce and recycle garbage.

Clean India Ventures has installed over 70 GWR machines across India and aims to install 200 GWRs by 2020.

Recently, Clean India Ventures Private Limited under ‘Swachh hi Sewa’ Campaign installed and inaugurated their GWR machine in Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh. CIVL partnered with The Marcom Avenue to get maximum press coverage.

The Solution
  • We began our mandate by drafting and issuing event invite to thejournalists who write about environment, business, technology and non-profit, and have a presence across the country.
  • Once the invite was shared, we drafted a Press Release for the Event sharing all the relevant information, like who were present at the event and the impact of Green Waste Reprocessor on the environment.
  • We ensured media presence, coverage by electronic, digital and print media and one on one interaction with CIVL’s esteemed guest (Shri Prabhakar Singh, Director General, CPWD) at the inaugural venue in Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad.
  • Post the GWR inauguration ceremony, we disseminated Press Release amongst all the journalists.
  • To conclude the event, we shared with CIVL a Coverage Dossier in the next 2-3 days.
