It is a true testament to their brand, that despite the housing market crash, CHD has managed to stay aloft. They enlisted us to brand their latest products and generate leads. We were given a target to hit within a month, and we managed to do so in the first half itself!

The Solution

While greatly experienced in the real estate market, CHD Developers had a chink in their armor when it came to marketing. But our efforts reinforced their standing!

  • While most real estate developers post pictures of accomplishments such as completed projects, we decided to go down a slightly different route. Instead, we focused on video walkthroughs of completed sites. Hosted on YouTube, these videos started receiving great viewership.
  • We shone our spotlight on CHD’s Karnal project coupled with competitively priced apartments, a full set of modern facilities and beautiful surroundings, the Karnal spotlight was effective in drawing traffic from not only NCR but all over India.
  • CHD’s upcoming Karnal project has been designed in a uniquely modern fashion, blending international styles with domestic culture. Promoting this aspect of the CHD Green Park Residencies through images on Facebook gave us incredible results!
  • With all the attention CHD’s financial aid was receiving, we timed our campaign to perfectly align with news coverage, effectively doubling our reach!
