But with the recent real estate crash – they needed a helping hand. Our PPC campaigns saw the start of a wonderful relationship with Central Park, this is the story of how.

The Solution

Firmly established in the market, Central Park had an impressive budget for advertising, but we didn’t want want to rely solely on financial aid. Our campaigns may have run low on cost, but the results were high!

  • Building upon the brand, we carried out an immersive campaign, boldly highlighting Central Park across our ad sets. This first phase was focused on generating buzz about their upcoming Flower Valley project without revealing too much.
  • Much like their name, Flamingo Floors presented a highly stylish three storied apartment complex in Central Park’s Flower Valley. Marketing the huge variety of modern amenities and crisply outlined architectural finesse, Flamingo Floors rolled off the tongue and instantly started generating leads for the realty experts!
  • While this residential haven created an environment for Gurgaon-ites to unwind and recharge in, it also bestowed upon residents convenient access to the city’s delights. Our campaigns faithfully reproduced this sentiment by portraying the project as an island of comfort and convenience.
  • Using actual high definition photography of the Flower Valley project, we introduced NCR residents to a modern, developed India right here in Gurgaon’s backyard.
